Surprisingly, your Signature Themes will not change very much during the course of your life. Personality research reveals that your themes are most unstable when you are a child, but also that once you grow into adulthood your themes remain remarkably consistent. If you have prevalent Empathy at 18, you will have prevalent Empathy at 80. A Strategic teenager will be a Strategic senior. Does this mean that you won't change during the course of your life?
