I took the Clifton StrengthsFinder during work hours and am convinced that my Signature Themes -- among them Arranger and Focus -- were influenced by my workplace mindset. I am sure that if I took it while vacationing in Fiji, my Signature Themes would be different because I am a different person away from the office. Is this possible?

It certainly is possible that you would feel like a different person away from the pressures of the office. You more than likely would be more patient, more reflective, and more forgiving while on your Fiji vacation than you would be during your Monday morning staff meetings. However, even though you might feel like a different person, your dominant talents remain the same. This is what makes them dominant. No matter the situation, you will lead with these talents. Your expression of these talents is what changes from situation to situation. If you were focused at work, you would be similarly focused in Fiji. What you choose to focus on, of course, would be very different. Likewise, if you were assertive at work, you would retain the ability to assert your opinions while away from it. However, as you lie by the pool, watching yet another magnificent sunset, you would probably be less apt to assert your opinions. Less stressful circumstances reveal a calmer version of you, but you would still be recognizable as yourself.
