Timothy Simon is a Seminar Leader and Consultant with Gallup. Since joining Gallup in June 2000, Simon has led seminars for and consulted with Gallup's information technology, manufacturing, government, healthcare, banking, real estate, pharmaceutical, and education clients. His areas of expertise include the Great Manager Program, the Outstanding Associate Program, Strengths Development and StrengthsCoach seminars, and Q12 Impact and Q12 Momentum seminars. He has also presented on Gallup's education selection system, TeacherInsight.
Prior to joining Gallup, Simon was an associate superintendent of schools in Virginia. He also served as a teacher and building principal, and he served as director of Enrollment Services at Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska.
He received his bachelor's degree from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, and his master's from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California.
